in 2009, after ten years massaging in Gladstone at Clinton, I ventured out to start massaging from my home in a relaxed, country setting minutes from Calliope country club and only 15mins from the Bunnings centre in Gladstone. 2013 sees me branching into meditation teaching and holistic counselling, having received my qualifications allowing me to teach and hold workshops Australia wide. I am truly lucky and blessed to love my work. I love working with people of all ages - from babies right through to elderly and everyone in between in my massaging, and children through teens, adults to elderley in meditation teaching and workshops. My massage client base is fairly even men to women, also children from babies onward and pregnant ladies, pre and post pregnacy. My meditation teaching offers different styles of meditation, workshops (can be held Australia wide), group meditations...also working with children and teens. The benefits are astounding, and include but not inclusive to helping with anxiety, depression, self esteem, pain management, positive lifestyle changes and more. I am currently attaining my Blue card for working with children, I have current insurance and a current Police check, and current insurance. The area I offer for meditation is cool, tranquil, full of plants and relaxing. My garden area is a work in progress - and will unfold before you to enjoy....no set hours - all by appointment or advertised workshops and classes at various locations.
